What I get from you:

Commitment

A commitment of at least three hours per week to conscious movement for 3 months.These three hours are structured as four distinct 45-minute workouts, which can be completed at your convenience throughout the week. Adherence to the program, step-by-step, is essential to realize the full range of benefits. Given that there are 168 hours in every week, dedicating 3 hours to self-improvement is a reasonable commitment.

Data, Feedback, and Results!

The inclusion of pre- and post-program testing is a key component! I have significant confidence in the efficacy of this movement training program to yield numerous physiological benefits. Your participation in this pilot program will provide incredibly valuable insights into its impact on individuals' lives, provided you are open to sharing your results. Furthermore, I would genuinely appreciate your feedback concerning all aspects of the program, including the application, the movements, the training methodology, the communication, the support provided, and the perceived difficulty—please share both your positive and negative observations! I am confident that upon completion of this program, provided you maintain discipline, you will experience wonderful improvements in how you feel, move, and look.

What you get from me:

App-Based movement program that is unlike any other fitness program.

The movements integrated into this program are specifically engineered to enhance overall human movement quality. These techniques were acquired through a comprehensive 100-hour training course concentrating on neuromuscular rewiring.

Free, state-of-the-art, form and function testing before, during, and after the program.

I am pleased to offer a comprehensive battery of tests designed to provide a detailed snapshot of your current human performance. Many of these assessments are not typically available through a primary care provider yet offer valuable insights into your health, longevity prospects, and overall functionality.

Accountability and community

My absolute commitment is to you. My biggest, most important goal is to help people become better versions of themselves and I believe this movement training is a way to make that happen. If you have any questions, need some advice, just want to talk, or need a little help along the way, please don't hesitate to reach out! I'm here to guide you toward a positive change. On that note, I'm very excited to reconnect with you all individually, and I really hope you'll jump into our wonderful community! We'll have a lively group chat right inside the app, an online forum, and scheduled Zoom sessions. I truly, truly encourage you to connect with everyone through these channels—I'm bringing together people from all the different stages of my life, and I know you'll love them!

Resting Metabolic Rate

Pre- and post-testing. This measures how much energy (calories) your body uses at rest.

Body Composition

Pre- and post-testing. This measures how your bodyweight is distributed among bones, muscles, and fat.

Bone Density

Pre- and post-testing. This measures how strong your bones are and how quickly they can regenerate.

VO2 Max

Pre- and post-testing. This measures how well your lungs work.

Sleep Quality

Continuous measuring after 7–9 days of wearing the Whoop band.

Heart Rate Variability

Continuous measuring after 7–9 days of wearing the Whoop band. This measures how your body involuntarily responds to stress.

Continuous Glucose Monitoring

For the first month of the program, this will be used to measure your glucose level in real time. This gives insight into how these habits affect your inner biology. We'll review your results in detail together with a nutritionist.

Cognitive Function

One test per month. Measures inspection time, reaction time, impulse control, and memory.

Balance

One test per month. Measures your ability to stand on one or two feet with stability.

Mobility

One test per month. Measures your full body control and ability to move.

Strength

One test per month. Measures your upper and lower body absolute strength.
